I work with organizations to help improve their recruitment, retention and promotional processes. Additionally, I prepare their team for promotional and leadership opportunities. We discuss the differences between management and leadership. Leadership is a skill that should be sharpened daily.
Organizations are filled with “hidden figures” that can positively impact our organizations and society. “Hidden figures” are individuals within our community and/or organization that have either been overlooked or pushed to the margins. True leadership will recognize this underutilized asset, connect with them and improve the organization and society.
